Internal alterations and a small extension called for the placement of structural steel elements to support the upper external walls, floor and internal partitions enabling the creation of a large kitchen/dining and family room. Having completely re-wired and plastered the new area and provided under-floor heating, Cox Construction co-ordinated the fitting out by Moylans @ Leigh and then provided the finishing touches with perfectly matching joinery to blend with the rest of the property.
